MH-SET for Assistant Professor 2020 to be conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University
Maharashtra SET 2020 – The notification for Maharashtra State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor 2020 has been announced. Savitribai Phule Pune University will conduct 36th MH SET Examination at various exam centers (in Maharashtra and Goa states) on 28th June 2020 (Sunday).

Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra SET 2020
Master’s Degree recognized by U.G.C., in a subject of SET
Students other than those from a reserved category, who have secured at least 55% marks (in Master’s or equivalent exam, are eligible for this test
Relaxation – Those from SC/ST/ PH/VH/Trans-genders/PwD (PHPhysically Handicapped, VH- Visually Handicapped i.e. Blind) category must have secured at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
Those who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying (final) master’s degree exam are also eligible
Students whose result is still expected OR whose exams have been delayed may also apply for this Test.
There is no Upper Age Limit to appear in MH – SET

Scheme of Exam
The SET will be conducted in Objective Mode. The test will consist of two papers. Both the papers will consist of only objective type questions and will be held on the day of Examination in two separate sessions without break as under:
Number of Multiple Choice Questions
50 questions all of which are compulsory
50 x 2 = 100
1 hour (10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.)
100 questions all of which are compulsory
100 x 2= 200
2 hours (11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.)

Eligible candidates have to apply online for Maharashtra SET through the official website.
Procedure for Submission of Application Form
Go to the official site of the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)
Click on the link – “Fill Up Online MH SET Exam Application Form.”
Enter details in User Registration Form with your Valid email ID, password, etc.
Once you get registered with Email ID & password, Login into system with the same Username & Password to fill up the application form.
Upload your Scanned Photo and Signature
Pay the Application fee only by Debit/Credit Card or through Internet Banking & keep evidence of the same.
Download your MH SET Exam online Application Form and also take a print out for further usage.
